Personally, I get a headache when I don't get enough sleep. Maybe you're woking too hard and just needs some zzzzz's. Relax your eyes too. (no tv).

Some headaches can be lifted or lessened via a pressure point in the hand. Deepin the web between your thumb and forfinger is where the pressure point is. Follow the index fingerdown to the wrist, as well as the thumb. When they are near each other where the thumb of your other (squeezing) hand can nestle between, that is the top of the pressure point. Place you middle finger (of the squeezing hand) on the palm of the pressure point hand, opposite the thumb of the squeezing hand. Squeeze. Hard. The headache may lessen. This has worked for me many many times. I learned it in highschool. It does not work for some people though.

Try pressing your index fingers hard on either side of your forehead then releasing, or try pressing your thumb hard against the roof of your mouth then releasing. Its helped me when I've run out of Tylenol , or when I've taken a lot and the headache is still not gone.

Caffeine helps headaches go away for some people. Also, just lying down and putting something cold on your head will help alleviate the pain.

I heard that 90% of all headaches are caused by dehydration. Drink some fluids. It works for me almost 100% of the time.

Pinch the webbing in between your index finger and thumb with your other index finger and thumb and then kind of rub it in circles, while you are doing that concentrate on your headache easing up, and it will. The webbing in between your thumb and index finger is a pressure point. It really works. I do it all the time.

I take Aleve, with plenty of water. This helps a lot. Try sitting in quiet room by yourself to keep your head from feeling worse.

I use Ibuprophen (Motrin). But why wouldn't you want to take Tylenol. It is probably almost the safest drug out there. Maybe try getting some R&R.
