You don't. Making out with a guy when your too young will end up in a lot of hurt feelings and confusion. If you wait until you are older and ready (when you don't have to ask how to do it) then you may not have as much crap to deal with in the long run!
For now stick to crushing on a guy and writing his name all over your folder! At your age, the fantasies of what could happen are more thrilling anyway.
