I've already raised a normal Burmese, But I was wondering if the lighting and (heat lamp) recommendations should change when it is being used for an albino baby burm?

Snakes do not require UV lighting. The same lighting/heat lamp that you used for your normal is fine.

No, their light and heat needs are the same. They need an under the tank heat source 24/7 and uv light/heat on the same side of the tank about 14 hours a day. The tank needs a cooler side for when the snake doesn't want to bask.

Congratulations on your new baby!

most snakes are nocturnal and eat whole foods so they do not require any specal lighting. as far as being albino they actually do not like bright light so on your day light just use a normal heat bulb not the spot halogens
