I think so.Their offensive line is a joke,just about getting Kerry Collings killed,and what about letting Steve McNair go?He's playing great behind a much better offensive line in Baltimore.They should have kept McNair and rebuilt their O-LINE!

no, remember that NFL is designed so all teams has good seasons and bad ones. I am a 49er fan, and look what happened to them after the great team they were in the 80´s and 90´s.
