does anyone know/is an occupational psychologist? Ive just graduated and wonder how i can get into this field? Is it easy to get into? and what kind of qualities/skills are needed.

i answer to the rude person below- yes, I have an idea but its vague. I wanted more detail as I've decided to change the career path that i had originally decided to follow to a more business orientated one!

...you just graduated and you don't know what you are supposed to do,.....mmmm, did you ever go to class? How can you study a career you no nothing about what the job market is like or what the lob description would be

From what I remember:

I took a class during my undergrad and I believe that you have to have a Masters or a Doctorate in that field.

You can do all kinds of things with this degree, what I found interesting is working for a big corporation, writing tests for wanna be employees,etc. But, it stopped there for me...

I found out right away that it was not for me, so I certainly will suggest that you find out as much as you can before you take the plunge.
