That part where hes dying and hes all white and pastey reaching up and going "errrrrrrrr" your supposed to say "awwwww" and want to hug him. I said "Ahhhhhhhh!!" and wanted to squish him, put him out of his terrifying misery.

" horrible and discusting creature?" Is in the eye of the beholder! I did not realy love the movie ET but that is just me... I did not find that part Discusting but that is just me..
I liked it as a movie but it is not somthing that I would watch ever day!!!

Did you ever take 5 sec. and realized that aliens must think the same thing about us! We could be ugly to them maybe! But Im sure that aliens look deeper than the outside shell to make an opinion of beauty.How would you look if you were about to die???

I dont think it is just you, he was ugly, but precious when you got to know him.. ET was one of the sweetest shows I have ever seen. I cried when I thought he was dying, but that's just me. I don't think he was meant to be appealing looking, just strange and it helped to teach us about loving something that is not always attractive.
