I have been looking all over for a good Holloween cosutme but i can't seem to find anything. I want to find a Harley Quinn or Bat girl costume...if you know of any online stores it would help .

Batgirl is tough- most of the costumes available don't look anything like the TV/comic character. The movie version is *VERY* expensive. The closest match is from China, so the shipping cost is like $45 for a $20 costume, your order would take 10-11 days to arrive (I've ordered a costume from that place before) and the logo is pretty bad... But if thats the version you want, they'e got it.

By searching on Harley Quinn images, I've found a number of people who did costumes for conventions, etc. You might be able to find plans or a pattern. If not, try a regular costume shop and ask for a 'harlequin' costume, which is what the name came from, and modify it. And please, please, post a picture of yourself in your Harley costume on your 360 page!

Maybe E-bay or a Comic shop employee would know. Also just searching every garage sale and yard sale that you see in your area!!!
