perfect nouns are the names of human beings (and different animals!), businesses (and different entities), nationalities, commerce-names and places (case in factor John, France, Bambi, Nokia, Pajero, Canadian, homes of Parliament, etc.) - there are others of direction, yet you get the final theory. President and secretary aren't any more extremely perfect nouns and, as such, only get capitalised in the adventure that they are the first note of a sentence, or in the adventure that they are used truly of a attractiveness or as portion of a attractiveness (case in factor, Madam President, Mr Secretary, Secretary Kissinger, President Shrub, etc.) - in the different case, you could have each and each of the kings, queens and presidents you want in decrease case.
