all my friends say im pretty, but im not. ive only known two boys that liked me in my life. how do i make myself feel prettier?

PEOPLE WHO LIKE YOU FOR PRETTYNESS OR SMARTNESS OR ANYTHING DON'T REALLY LIKE OR KNOW YOU. There's other things like your skills and that smartness i told you about they all go hand in hand boys like girls with brains too , believe it or not but most of all just believe in yourself and hold your head up and tell yourself YOU ARE JUST AS GOOD AS ANY ONE ELSE CAUSE YOU ARE, AND THEN DON'T BECOME TOO OVERLY BRAGGING ON YOURSELF CAUSE THE BOYS WON'T LIKE THAT EITHER. If they are going to like you IT will be for more than just that outer beauty i spoke of before and not just FOR a ONE NIGHT STAND OR JUST ONCE IN AWHILE. BEAUTY IS ONLY SKIN DEEP BUT KNOWLEDGE GOES ALOT DEEPER THAN THAT AND SMARTS TOO ... SO BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF AND JUST LIKE FOR YOU AND NOT BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE IS GETTING MORE DATES OK. HOPE THIS WILL CHEER YOU UP !! AFTER ALL HAVING MORE DATES OR MORE BOYFRIENDS DOESN'T MAKE A GIRL MORE POPULAR OR SMARTER NO, NO NOT AT ALL. I was like that when I was young. I found out that if your pretty then boys will be intimidated by you and tend to be more shy about making it known. I think a lot of people who are attractive do not really know it... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You don't look at yourself very often with out a critical eye. Maybe you could have some good professional photos of your self taken...and that might help you to see what is hidden from your eyes normally.

If you feel better about yourself then you are pretty! Lots of people go under knife cause they keep thinking that they are not pretty.. but you need confidence. Look around you.. people eventually find their match!
You will find your soul mate too who would not think of you are pretty or not.. he would love you for who you are and he wouldnt like to be with anyone else other than you.
But do take care of yourself.. a makeup now and then would give you the boost to hold your head up and walk in the shopping centre feeling you are pretty.. ;)

Most people never tell about their crushes, and besides, even if you were hideous, that is still more attractive than a lot of people in this world. Be content with what you look like, and people will like you far more for your personality than your looks. Besides, I am sure you are gorgeous if your friends believe it to be. Trust them.

I bet you are pretty, you need to be yourself , do things that make you happy, when i feel ugly i get my hair done buy new makeup, and take myself out to lunch or starbucks, look around see how lucky you are , there are people out there missing limbs, and sick, god made you special ... go have some fun, paint your toes!

Kinda depends on what you see as pretty and what other people say as pretty. You may think of pretty as someone like a supermodel. But your friends might see pretty person as someone who looks attractive.

I am sure you are pretty, your friends would not tell you that if they really didn't think you were. Please don't judge yourself by how many boys have liked you. Take care of yourself, do special things for yourself and your friends and family and yourself should be the most important things to you.

i used to feel the same way.
just put on some make-up and self confidence.
you probably are really pretty.
btw- i was reading your answer for that person who asked why people want to audition for disney channel.. i was thinking the same exact thing as you put. those 3 shows are the best EVER and my favorite.

You sound to me like you are beautiful. Your self esteem needs to be better, which you can work on that. Just be yourself, just because you have not had 100 boyfriends does not mean anything. There are girls out there who have had lots of boyfriends and are just totally miserable.
