I need to know if installing the Internet Explorer BETA 3 will clear 'all' of my links that I have taken ages to store in My Favourites Center, or whether they will remain?

Just do a search on your pc by clicking "Start", then "Search", then "Files and Folders" type in "Bookmarks.html" and "Favorites.html" open those files and see if they are your favorites, save as "MyFavorites.html" somewhere like on the desktop. When you install a new browser you can open that file up and save each one, one by one, until its restored again.
