I am 37 wk preg , Last night I got woke up by a back ache , i wound up stayin up all night because what seemed like braxton hicks , but they were kicked up a lil to a definatley uncomfortable state. They were ccuring aroun ever 1-1/2 hour.
Whta do you think ?

Im 38 weeks and im having the same problem and it seems like they only happen at night Im up every 2 hours. My Dr. said to take a warm shower if it braxton hicks they will stop if its the real thing it will get worse. Needless to say im in the shower all the time. Good luck.

ok, in case you lost the mucous plug then you fairly will be going into difficult artwork yet often times females lose the mucous plug and do not bypass into difficult artwork for weeks. It feels like Braxton Hicks. Time the contractions. in the adventure that they are accepted and they get to be 15 minutes aside or so then i'd call the final practitioner because difficult artwork has probable began.

Braxton Hicks are still contractions and they are doing something---thinning the cervix, preparing baby for labor, dilating the cervix. Contractions are contractions and even if they are mild you should still try to pay attention to your body and keep a rough time of them. Good luck!

Still braxton hicks. They get stronger and more productive the closer to labor you get.

Did you call your doctor? You should goto see your doctor just in case... You are close to being in labor or you might be...
