-I am gay and my friend just came out to me that he was gay! I am happy for him but at the same time he just revealed that he also has a crush on me! He's not my type either..........sorry but I'm kind of shallow..lol..........anyways........He's asking me to help him come out but I don't know how even thought I'm out! His mom is judgmental towards gay people but she treats me as if I'm gold! He tells me he's jealose that his mom treates me better than him even though he's her own son.........I'm so confused!

Just nicely explain to him that just because two people are gay doesn't mean that they are perfect for each other. Tell him to be his self around his mom. Just be honest with him and tell him hes not what your looking for in a relationship. Take him out to a club so he can well....meet someone....well you know....more on his level...if you get my drift.

I think you should refer him to a gay/lesbian support group so he can get help about coming out. I don't think you should be the one to help him just b/c of the fact that he has a crush on you. I think it might send mixed signals to him. Just tell him you will be there to support him but just do it cautiously.

okay if u dont like him then tell him that but dont be mean or anything just say i want to be friends. and that their is nothing wrong with u its just i want to be friends. to get him to come out of his shell tell him to just be himself. the way i got out of being shy was pep rallys and getting involed in high pump stuff like that. stuff like screaming and jumping around would help u to see if is just shy right now or if he is shy forever. and by the way alot of cool guys are gay 2. like pete wentz (fallout boy) and ect. be proud of urself. ur cool man.
