I have experienced this same problem. After consulting with my doctor, he prescribed Drysol. It is a safe way to reduce underarm sweat. It takes a couple of days to take effect then lasts for a long period of time. IT IS NOT a botox treatment nor would I risk that as an option.

I used to have a problem with perspiration but I started using gold bond powder under my arms and all over my body then in about 30 minutes use some old spice active deodorant you should be sweat proof!

Dude- okay I know that men dont really shave....But there are really good reasons to shave. Did you know that the smell comes from the bacteria on the hair under the arm and not really the arm itself???
