no a pap test does NOT test for PID, the symptoms of PID can include low abdominal pain, abnormal discharge, and a fever. if you truly think you have it, then you must get to a doctor immediately. untreated PID can cause infertility as it will cause scar tissue to close up your fallopian tubes permanently. hope i have helped you some

not exactly but when you see your gyno that is included in the exam. Do you understand what PID is? check it out if not.

No. I had Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. A pap does not show that. My GYN did a pelvic internal exam, and this can show if you have this condition.
