NO, it will cause back pain also! anything artificial is no good... it's more important to be healthy and comfortable. why would anyone do unnecessary surgery?!

It is only worth doing if you want the boob job so much that pain would not be a consideration.

I totally disagree with the answers above. It is TOTALLY worth it! Of course it hurts, but not as much as you think and it REALLY helps in your self confidence. Just choose the right size. And if they sag (which all boobs eventually do), you can get a lift. Lets take advantage of today's technology!

No. Most guys now days in the USA don't care about boob size. I have dated girls with implants and I would rather have a real B than a fake D because she loses sensitivity with the implants. I don't like it when I feel like I'm playing with a punching bag and she can't even feel if I'm touching her... OK, I'm exaggerating but why in the world would you sacrifice sensation in the act for advertising for it? No, No, NO! Real Boobies, Big 'n Small, I Love 'em All!

no dont get a boob job because their really painful, really expensive, they weigh ur back down, they look fake, and big boobs arent even that cool right now

Not only is the pain bad, but you will have problems with mammograms from then on. They will have trouble spotting breast cancer because of the material inside the breast. You are taking a major risk if you have it done. Just wait. Having babies increases your breast size.

It really isn't painful but you will regret if a few years after you do it. Plus they get saggy quicker that real boobs.

no. things can go wrong. I read a tabloid magazine once that paula off of american idol had a boob job, and it went horribly wrong.

No, God gave you what He wanted you to have. Besides, big boobs aren't as great as they sound. Bras dig into your shoulders and your back hurts constantly.
