It happened in Washington. The harasser was the owner of the company. Alot of horrible stuff, yes I am working with an attorney, but they won't answer the question about money because they don't want to steer me in the wrong direction. Cant really go into many details, but alot of touching, comments, jokes, allowing customers to grab me and act however they wanted, even after I begged them to stop.

OH MY GOD!! DO NOT LISTEN TO CITRONGE. Pre-paid legal is, in my opinion, mostly a scam.

Even assuming that it were not a scam, and a legitimate pre-paid legal service, this action would likely be considered a "pre-existing" matter and would not be covered under their services regardless.

Furthermore, in my experience, the services you receive consist of one letter written on your behalf. Pre-paid legal does not provide a legal defense.

Think of it this way -- lawyers charge between $200 and $400 PER HOUR. What makes anyone think that $35 PER MONTH is going to get you anything?

Don't buy into it.

As for the estimate for a legal defense, you are looking at a cost of anywhere between $25,000 and $100,000.

Feel free to contact me through this service if you'd like some help. I might be able to steer you in the right direction.

Are you currently working with an Attorney on this matter? If not, click the link below and watch an online presentation about a great service that provides access to your rights 24/7. You get an entire Law Firm at your beck and call. I know I don't have the $200-$400 an hour money to pay for an Attorney, but with this service I can afford it!

Depends on where it happened, what type of business, the circumstances. Your lawyer should be able to answer that one.
