They are both good. All this mudslinging is in good fun, and too many people get carried away.
No matter what party you belong to, you can be good or bad.
If you do what you believe is good and right, you are doing the right thing.
Whichever party you choose, will be the right one.

I'll sum this one up. Democrats do not believe that people can take responsibility for their life and need a helping hand with it. They cannot deal with the fact that as human beings, we will fail and make mistakes. So why allow us to, better safe, then sorry.
While Republicans believe that you have to take responsibility for your actions, good or bad. Another belief is that we know there can be failure, but without risks, it is not life.
Bottomline is, Republicans, socially, believe in the human spirit and fostering it, while Democrats believe they have to shield us from the unknown.

Basically, you need to think for yourself. Just keep in mind that Democrats are not what they used to be. Don't listen to what the liberal media tells you for sure! You need to decide what is important to you - that will help you decide which side you wish to be on.....right, or wrong....I'm sorry, I mean left.

Republicans think you should be free to keep all of the money you earn, except for what they need to keep you from spending it the way you'd like.
Democrats think you should be able to do anything you want to do, as long as you turn over enough of your income to allow the poor and homeless to do it, too.
Both think they should be paid astronomical sums for the service.

It basically comes down to this; Democrats (and all liberals) want a government with 100% responsibility and 0% authority.
Republicans (TRUE ones that is) want a government with limited responsibility AND limited authority.

Dems hate Bush. That's the extent of their policy, it seems. Whereas with the Republicans, it would be nice it they governed like Republicans used to (ie smaller government).
