I went in there today and was wandering around looking for the ink cartridges which I found, but not easily. Then I am looking at the different varieties, not sure what to get. Finally, I find the one I want but decide that the price was too high. So as I'm leaving I see a bunch of workers hanging out in front chatting away. There were few customers and wouldn't you think they would make sure to assist people that look like they need help? This has happened everytime I have gone in the store which is just a few times. I'm finally giving up on them!!

CompUSA, Best Buy, Circuit City, Tiger Direct...they won't help you unless you are spending money. I had a question for a guy at Tiger Direct the other day concerning a wireless, laser mouse. He made me feel like I was SUCH a waste of his life to help me.
He was just an Ahole, I took my business somewhere else.

CompUSA and stores like that don't spend their money on quality employees. Noone making what those kids make is going to give you the time of day, much less actually try to sell you on a product when they won't see a dime of commission.

I go to Best Buy for electronics. Walmart for ink cartridges.

They are ok but not all employees are not geek or intelligent. These same people has experiences with Office Max.
Yes I agree! They should be doing their jobs and I guess they are little under manages.

wow sorry to hear that i go in there all the time cause the service is so good. matter a fact one of the guys helped me put my lap top together. that took 3 hr for me cause he explained everything to me. he kept me coming back.
