my friend gets picked on every day by these boys and she don't want to say anything to them beacause she knows they will hit her back and will end up fighting with them. She also thinks that if she goes to a consular it would seem like she is being a snitch. I know it kind of doesn't concern me but i want to help her. What should i do?

As she is already doing, she should not say anything to them and try to "totally" ignore them. Soon they will become uninterested in picking on her and will leave her alone. If this doesn't work, the counselor is the next logical step.

at the end of the day when they pick on her leave and go get a teacher and bring her over there and act like u need to show her something. and they they will stop. or she can get in a fight. ur pik

Definitely go to the councilor, this is abuse and it shouldn't have to be tolerated! You can enter the councilors office with these accusations and stay anonymous, tell her/him that you fear coming to her/him with this information, and it may make things worse on your friends behalf if these bully's found out she snitched!

tell her to avoid the boys. if they still pick on her then you should stand up to them and defend your friend. everyone has a soft spot and maybe these boys are punks and will leave her alone if someone stands up to them

You can go to a counselor yourself and tell him about your friend. Keep everyone's names anonymous.
