In your toolbar choose Tools, then choose Options, then choose Cookies. In cookies, click the Clear Cookies Now and ok.
There are other tabs at the same place as the cookies. Clear the history or choose 0 days.
Run an anti-spy and an anti virus program every day. You can also defrag your pc and tighten up all the loose files.

In Internet Explorer, click "tools" at the top of the page.
Select "Internet Options".
In the middle of the dialog box, it will say "delete history" or "delete Cookies" Click on that.
Cookies is probably not your problem if your computer is slow, it's probably that you have too many programs running from startup.
Run a question on here for MSCONFIG and get some instructions in changing your startup options.
good luck.

deleting cookies wont make your computer go much faster but there are a few steps to make your computer run faster.
1: delete programs that you dont use.
2: add more memory-cheapest/best computer upgrade
3: defrag your Hard drive. Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defragmentor
4: software to help speed your computer up
DELETING COOKIES:if you get the latest version of Internet explorer (Beta version) tools>delete browsing history.

definite delete them. they're "monitoring cookies" used through your browser to maintain on with each and every of the internet web content you visit. that's how they understand the thanks to deliver unsolicited mail through their advertisers. same for all browsers. Your inter internet service is likewise using them for an identical purpose. that's a civilian challenge same as "huge Brother" tapping phones.
