in class we performed a series of tests with potato (instead of liver) and catalase as well as with H2O2 and catalase and observed the reactions that occurred when allowed to interact for various periods of time. one of the final analysis questions for the lab concerns the reaction between H2O2 and the liver and whether this occurs more in winter or summer.

I'm not sure but I would assume in the summer because humans tend to have a lower metabolic rate in the winter.

I need to know more before I can help. Did you do a lab experiment with liver and hydrogen peroxide forming bubbles of oxygen? Did you look at the reaction at different temperatures? What did you see? Can you draw some relationship between what you tested and saw and the question?
