I feel a person who is witty is someone who is able to make you laugh and keep you entertained wiht out trying.

usaully someone who avoids being hurt or showing their own true feelings will spin the comment or other action to avoid getting hurt first and keep the other person on offense,this develops into some fun times with answers though and sometimes its not
