My sister is looking for natural ways. To deal with the hot flashes that have come along with chemotherapy treatment. She does not like taking the meds they have given her for the hot flashes. Any suggestions?

I am glad you asked. Zavita is a liquid herbal supplement that listed in the 2007 PDR for nonprescription drugs, supplements and herbs. Read Kathy's story and decide if Zavita and FirstFitness is right for your sister. The company is 18 years and a member of the DSA. I honestly didn't know that you can get hotflashes from chemo...makes sense tho. But physically why its happening probably alot like menopause. And those kind of hotflashes----she can eat soybeans. Any kind of soy actually it helps especially with women.
