I need help, i am in pain...i used a tweezer to get a hair out from under my arm...that was a few days ago...now i have a bump that's very visible under my arm and it hurts to put my arm down or up. if i use a heating pad, will the bump go away...it's underneath the skin..it's the size of a golfball. my sister thought it was a cyst put i doubt it is as it does not move around underneath the skin and it's very painful...i think i just irriated it so much from picking hairs that now i have a bump underneath...if i put heat on it...will it go down?

i am thinking it is swollen lymph nodes(caused by me irrating it) and there is probably an infection underneath...could i be right? and will a heating pad work?
