Yeah, well then Foley helped draft and enact internet laws that criminalized his behavior. That should have stopped him! Republicans believe in the rule of law, don't they?

Are the repubs now saying that everyone here is a child molester because were all using the internet. Just like Cheney accused everyone in new england of being terrorists, what next everybody in texas is either a steer or queer.

There are three big excuses.

1) He was drunk (because a republican could not possibly be gay unless he was drunk)
2) He was molested by his conservative parish priest.
3) It's the internet's fault
