Boy oh boy, Betadine. That's a hard one. I think we used to use Clorox. While washer is filling and your soap is in and sudzing up, dip your fabric in to dampen it and pour a little Clorox directly on the fabric and rub until the stain is out. Then, put immediately into the washer. This way your fabric will not come out with a big hole in it. Of course, if you are talking about a colored fabric an enzyme product might be better. And the Oxi-Clean (don't know how to spell that) products are great.
