Let's see. In 8 yrs he did what? Ignored attacks on America. Spooged a girl's dress. Signed the ADA into law. Signed NAFTA into law.
I think we've come up with a winner for worst Presidents in history. And that was hard to do considering Jimmah Carter's track record!
