What is your favourite weather station on this? South Utsire perhaps? I am rather fond of Sandetti Light Vessel Automatic.

I spend a lot of my time out on Forth but have been in most of the northern ones, and some of the eastern and Atlantic zones. I'll always remember North Utsire for the 18m average wave height (maximum 28m!).
My favourite to visit are Cromarty and Malin Head.

The names "Dogger" and "Forties" always send a shiver down my spine as they were the names of two servers in my companies organisation that always caused me trouble...! ;-)
