Im not sure...but for some reason lately I've felt so depressed. I feel like the whole world is pointing and laughing at me saying, "Oh look! There's that one girl! She's such a screw up!" my parents dont make it any better either...They're always pointing out my faults, never the good things i do. And when i try talking to them about it, they always blow me off and say im overeacting and need to suck it up. I know they love me, but we never see eye to eye on anything. Have you ever felt this way about someting? What was is about? How'd you feel?

That's a common enough feeling. But it is self-deluding. No one is that important for everyone to talk about/laugh about. Try to get out of yourself. You can do it. Find other people to interest you. Other things.

I found out just this week that children are told more negative things than postive up until they are 17 years old!! Can you believe that and your parents just proved it. Anyone can be deperessed including animals. I just lost my job at the beginning of September that took me 3 years and coutless temporary services to find. It's heartbreaking and I'm so confused, I think between God and the devil I don't know who's playing the worse joke on me. But I have to keep my head up and try to keep going or else die, seeing as how I don't know when that's going to happen I suppose I must keep trying. I would suggest going to a school couselor or trusted friend to talk this out, sometimes just talking it out helps. Maybe your regular Doctor could recommend somone or something to help out.

I had to take matters in my own hands and realize life has some sort of meaning and purpose for me and I guess I have to keep moving in order to find out what it is. Good luck my dear and NO your not alone.

Yes, I felt the same way you are feeling. Parents being the parents they are, want the best for you. And they will do just about everything they can to motivate you, including ignoring your feelings and your thoughts.
I was fortunate; I had a teaching assistant who help me. She was not judgemental. She listened and was very understanding. We talked about everything. She helped me build self confidence.
Maybe you can find a trusting person who will be your sounding board.
But don't get discourage, be strong and above all remain positive.
