Is this a trick question? Short answer; yes.
I am guessing that next you will want an example. In order for current to flow, there has to be a closed circuit. In that sense there is nothing out there that will do that. If you only want a voltage, then some semi-conductor materials will provide a voltage. Very roughly that is what a solar panel is. There is another thing that works in the reciprocal manner. Hit ionized particles with electricity to get light....neon bulbs.

All materials do that. Hitting something with ionized particles will either ionize them or it will accumulate charge on it's surface. There will be a difference in charge. hence a voltage. QED
