I can help you with your pimple problem but not your dark circle problem.
First wash your face with water. Then apply a mixture of honey and turmeric powder on your face like a mask. Wash after 5-10 minutes.Do this daily or every alternate day. You will start to see the results after about a week. But this method sure works. Also drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water and you can also try a multani mitti based face pack. As for the black complexion issue, you can use those fairness creams, but I don't think they really work. Consult a dermatologist about it but seriously dark complexion doesn't really matter. After all, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder!

Mix sugar with an equal amount of avocado oil (olive oil works if you don't have avocado oil, but avocado oil is better) and use it as a facial scrub, and rinse it off with only water. Do this every day at night for a week and all of your dry spots should be gone. After that week, do it 2-3 times a week at night. There is no need to wash your face when doing this, the oil will remove all dirt and make up and it will not make you break out. In the morning wash your face with olive oil mixed with white vinegar, 2:1. Wet your face first, then massage the oil/vinegar mixture into your face for 3 minutes, then splash water on your face and dab (don't wipe) the oil off of your face. This should help with the dark spots on your face. Do this at night when you aren't using the scrub, as well. For your under eye circles, saturate 2 cotton balls with Witch Hazel and put one on each eye and leave it there for 15 minutes. You can do this as often as you feel needed. Remember that the products others are suggesting have harmful chemicals in them, and there are natural solutions. Best of luck!

Hello! That sounds like psoriasis's to me which is a condition of the skin that causes dark dry patches on the face and other parts of the body like the insides of the elbows or back of the knees. They have medicines that can help clear it up. I've known several people that have the condition, sometimes it clears up on it's own. It could be triggered by stress too, so you might try relaxing more like yoga. Try this site:

See a dermatologist. You may be a candidate for intense pulsed light or laser to get rid of the spots and even out your skin tone. Bleaching cream might work under your eyes. Your derm can also help with dry skin.

try getting a good cleanser ritual down. go to your local drug store or department store, and ask the sales people about the best type of product for your skin type. they can help you pick out a 3 step regimin(cleanser, toner, mositurizer). make sure to exfoliate 2-3 times a week, that gets rid of dead skin cells and will make your skin glow. seems like your dark circles are hereditary b/c of your ethnicity, so im not sure what to do about that other than tryign vitamin K on them and covering them up with a good concealer. try age rewind, its good, but there are many others out there.

You should try a lactic acid peel. You can buy a medical grade peel at
http://www.makeupartistschoice.com/
but I am not sure if they ship internationally. This is the same strength peel that you can get at a spa but at a fraction of the cost.
the site says that this type of peel is best if you

Choose 40% pH 2.9 Lactic Acid Peel If You:
--Are new to peeling and have reactive, sensitive skin.
--Have not previously used an acid peel.
--Lactic Acid is virtually non-irritating, yet is an excellent exfoliant.
--If you have mature skin. Lactic Acid is exceptional at stimulating natural
collagen/elastin production.
--Have hyperpigmentation problems.
Lactic Acid is a better acid
for reducing age spots, freckles, etc.
Additionally, our formula contains
licorace extract, known to have excellent lightening qualities.
--You've hit a plateau with glycolic acid and need to rotate
your acid products.
--Want to do multiple treatments.

I have used it with amazing results.
