My teeth are coming out again?

I had a retainer over a year ago, but it broke and i never went back to get a new one, and now I think my teeth are coming out again, is getting braces again the only solution?

Well...the only real thing to do is go to the orthodontist and find out. After only a year you might be able to just get a new retainer.
