Drink some water, eat some fruit and breathe some fresh air. Have you been sleeping erratically; in which case get some zzzzzss.

Eat something with vitamin C, like an orange or drink orange juice. Nothing sugary or with caffeine, because it'll make you feel energetic for only a few hours before you crash again.
Or just rest.

Have you looked in the mirror today?
Stand real close to the mirror and breath out.
If there's no mist on the mirror - you're dead.
That's why you feel tired.
Dead people have trouble typing as well.

try doing 2 mins of jump n jacks exercise realses chemicals that give you energy.
