The British goverment wouldnt permit you unless you are military. Its just too dangerous. If you really NEEDED to get there you could probably fly to another country and travel over land. But even then you would have to lie to the British Goverment about your destination and business.

If it's a serious question, you'd have to fly to Amman first, and there are irregullar civilian flights from there to Baghdad. But whether you'd be allowed aboard is another question; you'd need to ask the FCO to find out.
