I was given an assignment to write my own declration of independence. It either has to be about homework , work or school.

That seemed like a question that you should have asked the teacher when he/she gave the assignment. I-who does not know what your teacher asked of you-can not fill in the blanks for you.

declare what your separating from why you are separating from it, and the actions you fell necessary to separate yourself
