I'm hoping for soon, but not too soon.
The longer he waits, the worse it will be when it is proven how culpable he was.
Wonder what excuses he'll bring out for his poor judgement ("I was drunk"? or "Sorry, took a boot to the head that day, I guess"). Foley took the good "excuses" already.
