This is Disgraceful to see the Cubs with 7th Highest Payroll and a 66-96 Record the Worst in NL, 3rd worst in MLB, Losing Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, and Derrek Lee Injured fro Most of the Season, Carlos Zambrano the only All-Star on the Team, Trading away Greg Maddux, Todd Walker, and Phil Nevin out of other Teams Pocketbooks, Team President Andy Macphail Resigned in Disguss and GM Jim Hendry Should've been Fired Not Dusty Baker.
Are Embrassed to see the Cubs play just as Bad or Worst as the Lowest Payroll Teams?

alot of people thought they would win the world series this year because of all the curses being broken
well to win teh world series you have to have a good team....

I have been a Cub fan since 1989 and I agree Jim Hendry should have been fired instead of Dusty Baker.He made bonehead moves and injuries killed the Cubs.I hope they hire Joe Girardi as their next manager.He did a good job with a young Marlins team with a low payroll.

the cubs just suck...good deal for the cubs trading Maddux...like I know he's doing amazing for the Dodgers, but he was not at all motivated and he is of no use to the cubs if they're that far out of the playoffs..soo yehh it is embarrising but trading some old guys for minor leaguers/cash wasnt such a bad move I guess

I'm not embarrassed to see them lose, I'm happy. Their team stinks; I can't figure out why they fired Baker. I don't think it's all his fault. They lose almost every year.
