I've recently installes kaspersky on my computer and it has detected several adwares (newdotnet) which some are .dll files.should I let it erase them because they can't be neutralized?

You are better off quarantining suspicous files rather than deleting them, especially when dealing with .dll files. More than one program can use the same .dll files. If you delete them, it will affect all programs which use the .dll files. Once in quarantine, the files are render harmless. After some days or weeks, if everything is working fine then it is safe to delete them. Kaspersky Lab's antivirus is an excellent product but it can still report false positives. Install a anti-spyware/ adware program to verify that the files indeed are malicious. The free version of Lavasoft's Ad Aware is a good choice (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php).
