For example like the ice man and the ice maiden, who do you think should have the rights to the sacred graves? The people of their culture and the people of that land, or the archaeologists to discovered it? Explain why you think this?

That's a tough one. Kennewick Man is 10,000 years old and local Native Americans are saying that the government can't claim him.

I believe the people of that site should have rights to the grave. Assyrian artifacts are being found in Iraq and are being given to non-Assyrians. As of now I'm thankful that the Louvre and British Museum have Assyrian artifacts, since many artifacts were stolen/looted in the Baghdad Museum. Hopefully one day, when there is peace, the artifacts will return back to Iraq.
