This means Montreal are the current "Canadian" Stanley Cup Champs!!!
All 3 Western Canadian teams have made it to the final since then but none have been able to take the "Canadian" Stanley Cup from the Habs. (Canucks 94, Flames 04, Oilers 06)

Montreal won 1993. That's 13 years ago! But Calgary's winning this year. They're bringing the Cup HOME!!!! They have Kiprusoff, Phaneuf and Iginla. What more can you ask for?
