You can do it in Microsoft Word. Create your page, then click on File and choose "Save as web page". You may have to click on the arrow at the bottom of the box first.

In fact you can do anything in Word that you can do in Access, Exel, Publisher, or FrontPage, if you really know what you're doing.

They are awful. Microsoft uses an implementation of VML (vector markup language) that only works properly with Internet Exploder to render Publisher layouts to Web pages. Your pages will look fine in IE, but in Firefox, Safari, etc., they'll be awful. That's the catch.

Publisher lets you create flyers, brochures, newsletters, business forms and tables, and also an e-commerce web site. To design a web site, you need to first go to publisher and click the Web Sites and E-mail (in the new publication task pane), click Web Sites, then Easy Web Site Builder, then choose your design you want. Also you can go to www.scsite.com/pub2003/learn. If that do not help, you may email me, because I am taking that course. Good luck!

Microsoft Office Publisher is not for designing websites.

You should try Frontpage - which is part of the office suite (http://www.arcon5.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=71). Or dreamweaver (http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/).

The following will help you:

Why do you not continue with frontpage 2000 or upgrade to frontpage 2003.

You would be better off just buying a professionally created website template and then modifying it using FrontPage.
