Could be. Take a test._ I took a pregnancy test 4 days after conceiving and it showed up positive.
The brown sounds like implantation bleed, I had it for the first 3 months of pregnancy. (scared the crap out of me!)
The only way you can find out is with a test. Maybe wait til nearer your period, but you dont have to wait til you are late with tests nowadays, they are pretty accurate. If you are due on next week, a test should show up by now.
In the meantime, watch what you eat and drink just in case.

I've never been pregnant so I can't answer your first question but...if the date of this possible conception was a few weeks ago you don't have to wait for your period to come to take a test.
The brown discharge could easily just be regular spotting due to stress. Usually implantation bleeding is pinkish (light red) or very dark. I don't think it would be brown. If you've never had cramps before or you usually don't get them until you actually start flowing, maybe you should see a gynecologist now anyway. If you're not pregnant, then these other symptoms may be due to something else you don't even know about. Odds are though you're fine. I mean hey, your period may just be coming a bit early. We're not perfect, right? :)
Do you have a good reason to believe you're pregnant? Like, unprotected sex or a condom coming off during ejaculation or several missed pills? Otherwise I'd try not to stress so much! It'll delay your period even more!

Hiya, I am not an emotional kind of person and generally it takes alot to make me cry but when I was pregnant I cried at everything!
I mean everything, adverts on the telly ( even ones that were not sad ) , if i ran out of milk, if i broke a dish!
it was madness.
You could be pregnant, a womans emotions and hormones run riot when your expecting, even if you are only just pregnant. The hormone would be in your body already. It will be a long week for you waiting to take the test, but just try not to think about it if you can.

After years of longing for baby I fell pregnant at 40 years of age. My left Fallopian tube was removed after ectopic pregnancy & therefore I had only the right Falopian tube. I was 8 weeks pregnant & was siting for a Law exam in Uni when I started having crumps. Very concerned I left the examination room to go to the bathroom. To my horror I discovered brown spotting. I no longer could concentrate on the exam. Many times I had to ask for permission to leave the room & go to the rest room. After the exam I consulted my ganeagologist on the phone & he assured me that is a common occurance. The next 3 - 4 days were very difficult & stressful. Thank God my beautiful daughter is now a healthy teenager.
Stay positive. Avoid negative thoughts. Meditate, have faith & give thanks for everything in your life.

If you have a coil fitted, this could just be something caused by the coil itself, however, there are testing kits now which will tell you about being pregnant just days after your missed period. The stained dischargecould be from a late period, but I would try and get a kit, pronto, and put your mind at rest.

Ya. I often experience that, but i was not pregnant though. Usually it was because i had some stresses, or i because i was anxious or afraid of something that i would never shared to anyone else. Last month 8 of my friends had their thesis examination and i got very stressed since i have a high obsession to graduate sooner than everybody else. I couldn't make it and it made me really down. I had that brown smear for two weeks. The doctor told me that it was bec of the stress i had.

I think it varies from woman to woman, I personally got and get emotional , that could be really sad or really angry about a week before my period, but at the same time, in my pregnancy I bled throughout until I was 6months. Good Luck, I hope what ever it is, it is what you want.

This sounds like it could go both ways, but if your feelings are soo strong, and you are pregnant, it may still come positive with a home pregnancy test. One of my friends took a test a week after she had unprotected sex, because of her mood swings and also horrible nausea and it came out possitive...Try finding a planned parenthood location, they can really help.
