You have to remember that men are individuals. What makes one feel loved may not do it for another. Gestures of kindness, genuine interest in what he's into and maybe some home cooking would do it. As you get to know him more, you'll learn what turns him on.
Proceed slowly, though, men hit the brakes if you become too sentimental or sappy.

Ask him. Learning to talk "man language" even a bit can really help. Guys talk only for a reason, to get a point across. So simply ask him "Hey I really want ot do something special for you, what would you like?" Don't be surpirsed if its sexual, if its not then I at least bet he was thinking about it.

Guys respond best to being physical. I'm not saying to have sex or anything close to that. Have a preplanned line you won't cross and then you can be physical with him.
