Almost all of the new bands out there suck. There are only a few exceptions but the best has got to be the originals. Iron Maiden, Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin, Motley Crue, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Pantera, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam...modern bands are cheap copies of those. Trivium, Children Of Bodom and Lacuna Coil are fairly new but don't sound as crappy as other bands.

Loads, some of the best bands of the 60's and 70's are still going and releasing new albums it's just that popular music sells based on looks as much as tallent so bands like Jethro Tull don't get any air play on their new records.
There are some fantastic new rock bands too.

I like Green Day. My son loves Korn. I think the music I grew up with is better, but I am old now. LOL. I am not dead though.

Springsteen just released new music last year. So, there are still a lot of good rockers creating and touring.

Yeh, there "ARE" alot of good bands. Nickelback, Hinder, Three Days Grace, and Chevelle were just in concert last month in Salt Lake City, and I can't imagine it being any better. Just give a different genre than your typical style a chance, and see how ya like it.

human beings in simple terms prefer to hearken to what each and every physique else on Y!A is listening to. considering the fact that we are all like slightly great (OXY MORON!) kin you will desire to declare we are the persons to circulate to for stuff. you would be unable to truly end absolutely everyone from asking those questions so take benefit and supply somebody a music thats been caught on your head all day =)

Hell no, they all have no talent and aren't doing anything original. It's the same all across the board. The only reason people still listen to these worthless bastards is because the music industry is telling them that that is what they want to listen and the stupid sheep listen them.
