what does it mean to "drop" someting? like "drop B" how would i do that?i have an electric tuner also and theres always to types of letters i.e. theres "A" and "#A" what does that mean?anyone help.

Drop B means you are dropping the standard tuning down and when you strum all strings it sounds like B. # means sharp... so A# is slightlt higher than A.

Drop anything is a low tone. Like drop D, drop C, Drop B, whatever. A lot of heavier bands use that tuning.

i think those "#" mean dropped.not sure though
