My supposed best mate is an estate agent. Can I ever really trust anything he tells me?

I generally prefer not to think of estate agents at all!

There was one estate agent who, after dealing with him, made me want to take a shower. I felt so unclean! Sorry about your mate!

Estate Agents can't win - hated when times are good because its money for old rope, hated when times are bad and they can't sell our house. Not as bad as recruitment consultants though.

No way, he will sell your house for you at a loss, then sell it back to your at a huge profit for himself, find yourself a bank manager as a friend instead they put a bit more interest into friendship.

For what they do and their typical educational background I think the service that they perform is way over priced.

common, you gota have some trust to experts in order to succeed in life, I understand you doubts, but the fact is people who trust are successful, and yes, sometimes they get burned
