Help, after changing the battery in my remote for 2000 honda accord, it won't activate the secutity system

I reprogrammed, I even bought another remote and it is still not activating the security system. Any suggestions?

Try activating your remote and turn the ign key on and off about
8 or 10 times in a row and then see........

go to a honda dealer have them help you or read your owner's manual
