what is the driving test like in florida?

my friends daughter is having to take the drivers test in florida and I was wondering what do they ask of you ? and when backing up is it ok to look in the rearview as well as turning around to see?are there any suggestions or tips on passing it?she is getting the hand book to study with but any info is very much appreciated thank you
