I doubt it. Halloween is mostly celebrated in the western world and is most popular in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland and Puerto Rico, but is becoming more popular in Australia and New Zealand.
I think most Middle Eastern holidays are religion based (I could be wrong though).

Halloween, All Hallow's Eve, is a Christian celebration with pagan origins. Muslims would not celebrate it. The only people in the Middle East who would are Westerners in residence.

Halloween isn't broadly practiced interior the middle East. The origins of of party are celtic and the custom became into dropped at america by potential of the Irish. So if there are American and Irish based persons interior the area then the respond is sure!

Well it depends. If you are Muslim than yah you don't celebrate it. We believe that it's the day the devil waz created. Some Muslims like me still don't cele. here in the USA. I am not sure about the other religions

I think not. Hallowe'en is a Celtic festival that was reappropriated by christianity. Mid Eastern traditions in General, and Islam in particular go by a completely different calendar, and Hallowe'en is not on it.
