It would depend on who she ran against. Honestly, I believe that the government needs to be turned over to non politicians this latest administration is terrible. So, yes I would vote for Oprah or Colin Powell.

An emphatic YES for Colin Powell. I just saw him speak yesterday at my university. I wish his wife would let him run. He's incredibly charismatic and articulate.
